Dear Ms. Doumbia-Henry:

Referring to our previous communication dated September 25, 2009 and submitted by e-mail attachment on February 1, 2010 (a "complaint" intended to be received as comments), the Union of Filipro Employees (UFE-DFA-KMU) submits herein additional comments, with annexes, concerning the Report of the ILO High-Level Mission to the Philippines and the continuing violation by the Philippine Government of the rights of employees of the Nestlé-Philippines Cabuyao factory under Conventions 87 and 98.
